BICSI Technician (BICSI Certified / Non Certified both are Welcome to Apply)

Location: Springfield, MO

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support crews on copper and fiber installation projects
• Oversee structured cabling and fiber deployments
• Coordinate with customers, project managers, and field teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and scheduling standards
• Handle field changes and MAC requests with confidence and technical judgment

What We’re Looking For

• BICSI-certified candidates are preferred, but non-certified candidates with strong relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
• BICSI Level 1 or 2 Copper Installer certification or BICSI Level 1 or 2 Fiber Installer certification
• BICSI Certified Technician (BICSI TECH) is a plus
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in structured cabling and fiber installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide as projects require
