What You'll Be Doing

• Manage workers' compensation litigation from inception through resolution

• Attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and court appearances

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda

• Advise carriers and employers on litigation strategy and claim exposure

• Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client relationships

Core Requirements

• Active Georgia Bar admission

• 4+ years of Workers' Compensation defense experience

• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills

• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

Preferred Background

• Insurance defense experience

• Hearing and deposition experience

• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
