Hiring: IT Project Manager IV | Mid-Senior Level

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead large, complex technology initiatives within the Oil & Energy industry.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex, cross-functional IT projects and programs.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and actionable solutions.
• Proactively identify risks and resource constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve project delivery and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management or related business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred/required based on experience pathway.
• Strong experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
