We are seeking a talented and self-driven Business Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of Complex Commercial Litigation or Bankruptcy Litigation experience to join our growing team. Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum 3 years of Complex Commercial Litigation and/or Bankruptcy Litigation experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting substantive motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with a litigation team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings
• Conduct and defend depositions and manage all aspects of discovery
• Appear in state and federal court proceedings
• Assist with trials, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings
• Advise clients regarding litigation strategy and risk assessment
