Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly (DOE)

Position Overview

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Northwest Houston office. This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, leading and developing the recruiting team, building strong client relationships, and driving overall branch growth and performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within the staffing and recruiting industry, a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, and a demonstrated ability to meet performance and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and lead recruiters and support staff.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve branch performance goals and recruiting targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Manage and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement.
• Ensure recruiting and branch operations comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor recruiting activity, client needs, employee performance, and branch results.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Collaborate with the Houston Area Director, CEO, and company leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for clients, candidates, and employees.
• Resolve employee, client, and operational concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Staffing Manager, Recruiting Manager, or similar leadership role within the staffing industry.
• Strong staffing and full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven experience managing and developing recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance and placement goals.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of staffing industry practices, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
