Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our IT Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing setup, training, and support to new customers as they begin using our digital products. This position is based in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What you'll do

• Assist with the setup of new products, including setting up LTI integrations and configuring/customizing to customer preferences.
• Provide customer support during the early implementation process, eventually transitioning customers from the Onboarding team to the Tech Support team.
• Perform quality assurance and run tests on newly released browsers or operating systems.
• Create documentation for new products.
• Host training sessions and webinars via Zoom.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school; OR six months to a year of related experience/training; or a combination of both.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Technical IT background to be successful in this position.
• Eagerness to help solve problems and apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
