Commercial Property Manager (5797)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is an onsite, Direct Hire position.

SALARY: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience
• Retail/shopping center property management experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing tenant relationships, vendors, and property operations
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, including HVAC, roofing, repairs, Landscaping, and vendor coordination
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio and prioritize multiple issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold tenants and vendors accountable

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail commercial properties across Central Florida
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate with service providers such as HVAC, landscaping, roofing, and contractors
• Address tenant concerns promptly and efficiently
• Monitor rent collections and follow up on tenant obligations
• Conduct property inspections and proactively identify issues
• Maintain clear communication with ownership regarding property performance
• Assist in streamlining property operations and processes
