We are hiring for our client for a CMM Programmer position in Midland, Georgia, near Columbus.

Our client is looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision aerospace manufacturing and inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using Camio software
Inspect complex aerospace components
Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102
Generate accurate inspection reports
Support dimensional analysis, correlation studies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Machining teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
2–5+ years of CMM programming or metrology experience
Proficiency with Camio software and LK CMM equipment
Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and 3D model interpretation
Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, SPC, and MSA
Experience with Calypso, PC-DMIS, GOM, PolyWorks, or FARO is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
