A respected multidisciplinary engineering firm on the coast of North Carolina is looking for a Civil Project Engineer to take ownership of land development projects from design through construction. If you're a PE who wants to lead, not just support, we want to connect.

What You'll Do:

• Lead civil site design across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects
• Own full project delivery - grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, permitting, and construction documents
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership on project execution and client relationships
• Navigate complex coastal regulatory environments including NCDOT, NCDENR, and municipal permitting

What We're Looking For:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE licence (NC preferred, or obtainable through reciprocity)
• 3–10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and WaterCAD
• Proven track record delivering full construction documents through permitting
