- Perform continuous assessment of product quality
- Assist team to resolve operating problems with process, maintenance, and plant engineering support
- Lead small projects in process monitoring, investigation, and optimization
- Conduct statistical studies for operation review
- Work closely with production department to improve process and quality
- Follow safe practices at all times
- Enrolled in 4-year Engineering Degree: Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Pulp & Paper; and have completed at least 2 years
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- The following engineering courses are applicable: Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, Heat and Mass Transfer, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Statistics
