This role will diagnose, service, and repair Vermeer construction equipment. Compensation & Schedule

• $25-$40 per hour (based on experience)
• Production bonuses available
• Sign on bonus up to $5000 for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience
• Welding as needed
• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager
• Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical diagnostic capability
• Previous experience working on heavy equipment or heavy duty trucks
• Proficient ability to document in CDK
• Detail oriented, organized, safety focused and team player
