Well known CPA firm in New Orleans, LA is looking for a Tax Director to join their expanding team.

Tax Director

Qualifications

  • CPA
  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • 10+ years of experience in Public Accounting
  • Ability to manage & lead a team
  • Experience with the following tax return types (Individual, Estate, Gift, Corporate, Partnership, & Nonprofit)

Compensation: $150k+

Office locations - Mandeville, Baton Rouge, New Orleans.

  • 11 Paid Holiday's (Including 1 floating Holiday)
  • Limited busy season hours (Tax: 55 Max total hours the last few weeks before the deadline) (Audit: Very little overtime required)
  • Bonus (Manager & Above)
  • Paid OT (Below Manager level)
  • Company provides lunch 1 day per week during busy season
  • CPE Reimbursement
  • Bonus after passing the CPA exam
