Technician Trainees to help homeowners maintain and protect their homes through exterior cleaning and preventative maintenance services.

You’ll learn valuable skills, work directly with homeowners, and have the opportunity to grow your role and earnings as the company expands.

No prior experience required — we provide paid training and all equipment.

Pay, Bonuses & Growth

Base Pay: $22 – $32 per hour (depending on experience)

Additional earning opportunities:

• Monthly performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and organize your HomeSmiles service van
• Travel to residential properties throughout the Portland area
• Meet with homeowners to confirm services
• Perform interior and exterior home maintenance services
• Maintain equipment including ladders, hoses, pumps, and tools
• Educate homeowners about recommended maintenance services
• Help schedule future services and maintenance plans

This is non-construction, non-repair work.
