Construction Litigation Attorney

Raleigh, NC | Hybrid

$150,000–$250,000 DOE

I’m currently working with a respected North Carolina law firm that is looking to add a talented attorney to its expanding construction litigation practice in Raleigh.

The team handles a broad range of matters, including:

  • Construction defect disputes
  • Contract and payment claims
  • Contractor and subcontractor disputes
  • Liability and indemnity issues
  • Mediation and arbitration
  • Discovery, motions, and trial preparation

The ideal candidate will have

  • Active North Carolina Bar admission
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Construction litigation experience preferred
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • The ability to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively with the wider team
