I am retained by a global investment and retail bank to identify a Senior Manager, Real Estate Sourcing to lead procurement activity across its global real estate portfolio, with a specific focus on renovations and capital projects.

This is a hands-on role for a category specialist who has led real estate and construction sourcing at scale within a complex, matrixed organisation. The successful candidate will own supplier strategy across design, construction, and renovation services, working closely with corporate real estate, facilities, and project management teams to deliver a global renovation and capital works pipeline.

The role

• Lead sourcing strategy for global real estate renovations, construction, and related capital projects
• Manage a portfolio of architecture, design, and construction partners
• Partner with corporate real estate and project teams across multiple regions
• Drive commercial and contractual governance across a high-value, high-visibility spend category

Essential experience

• Proven track record in real estate / construction procurement, ideally within financial services or another large corporate environment
• Direct experience working with AIA (The American Institute of Architects) contract Frameworks is essential
• Experience managing a global or multi-region real estate portfolio
• Strong stakeholder management skills, credible at senior levels with real estate, legal, and project delivery teams
