Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence
  • Perform restorative procedures, pulp therapy, space maintenance, and preventive careTreatment plan and present care to parents with empathy and clarity.
  • Manage pediatric behavior using age-appropriate techniques
  • Build lasting family relationships that drive loyalty and referrals
  • Collaborate with orthodontic team on coordinated care plans
  • Contribute to a positive, values-driven practice cult ure

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD from accredited dental schoolCompleted pediatric dentistry residency (board eligible/certified)Texas dental license (or eligible to obtain)
  • New residency graduates welcome — mentorship available

Pay range and compensation p ackage

  • $200,000-$300,000 annually
  • Competitive production-based compensation at 35% of production
  • Guaranteed Income: $1,200 per clinical day during the first 3 months to support a successful transition
  • Malpractice coverage included
  • CE allowance
