Practice & Position Highlights

• Hospital-employed position with flexible practice setup (join established provider or solo clinic)
• Collaborative team including two on-staff Certified Nurse Midwives
• Manageable call schedule: 10 days per month with a 30-minute response time
• Standard clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
• Primary clinic conveniently located on the main hospital campus
• Outreach coverage to two satellite clinics (15 and 25 minutes from hospital)
• Well-equipped clinic with 10 exam rooms (1 dedicated procedure room) and in-clinic ultrasound
• In-office procedures: Endometrial Biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanon, Hormone Therapy, Genetic Testing
• Full practice capacity averages ~25 patients per day
• Deliveries at 35+ weeks gestation; blocked OR time available
• Access to robotic surgery via daVinci Xi Surgical System
• On-site pediatricians available to attend C-sections
• Supported by employed hospitalists and Meditech EMR system
• Large 4-county catchment area serving 110,000+ residents
• Candidate Eligibility: Residents welcome; accepting H1B and 2027 J1 Visa candidates

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Generous Base Salary: Up to $450,000 depending on experience

About The Facility

We are a premier 90-bed regional non-profit acute care hospital dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care across a multi-county region. Recognized internationally through our partnership with The DAISY Foundation, our facility prides itself on compassionate nursing excellence and high clinical standards.

Our maternity team includes Certified Lactation Counselors and a Certified Lactation Specialist to support patients inpatient and outpatient. All OB and Nursery nurses are NRP-certified, with advanced training in fetal monitoring to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
