The Role: Where Insight Meets Impact
This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods.
- Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
- Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
- Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
- Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
