STARK is seeking to hire an experienced QC/Packer for our Calhoun Georgia location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished fabricated products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and work order requirements
  • Verify measurements, appearance, labeling, and overall workmanship before packing
  • Identify, document, and report defects or nonconforming materials to the supervisor or QC lead
  • Follow quality control procedures and company standards consistently
  • Properly package finished goods to prevent damage during handling, storage, or shipment
  • Ensure correct items, quantities, and documentation are included with each order
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination
  • Use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment as required
  • Assist with rework or corrections when needed
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Support fabrication and production teams as needed to meet deadlines

Work Environment

This position requires work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
