Manual QA

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manual QA Tester to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.

SALARY: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of manual software testing experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
• Execute manual test cases and document results
• Identify, record, and track bugs in issue tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and QA team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Validate fixes and re-test as needed
• Participate in test planning, reviews, and requirement analysis
• Ensure QA standards and best practices are followed
• Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance
