The business has an established international presence and is now making a significant investment into its US operation, with growth across Technology, Construction, Engineering and Energy/Renewables.

What will you actually be doing?

Recruitment is a combination of sales, business development, relationship management and negotiation.

You'll be trained to manage the full recruitment process, including:

• Winning new clients through business development
• Building relationships with businesses across the US
• Sourcing and approaching high-quality candidates
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Managing existing client accounts
• Negotiating salaries and offers
• Closing deals and earning commission
• Building your own network and market

You'll gradually take ownership of your own desk and develop the commercial skills needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

No recruitment experience? No problem.

You don't need to have worked in recruitment before — the training is there to teach you.

Around 12 months of commercial or customer-facing experience would be ideal, particularly within areas such as sales, insurance, events, logistics, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
